This poster series is a reenactment of iconic images from the collective visual memory of music culture.
Starting from record covers — Bookends by Simon & Garfunkel (1968), G-Stoned by Kruder & Dorfmeister (1993), and Actually by Pet Shop Boys (1987) — the photographs revisit and reinterpret these references through our own image.
Much like sampling or covers in music, the process borrows familiar visual structures to generate new meaning. The work reflects on repetition, influence, and the transmission of visual language within music culture.
